Who Will Flip Letters on Wheel of Fortune?!?!
Sure, there are more important things to worry about. But that doesn’t mean this question will go on without being asked!!
There’s been a lot of focus on Alex Trebek’s health, but now there’s concern for “Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajack, and old Chicago guy!
Pat had emergency surgery to “correct a blocked intestine” last Thursday, and everything went well. But Vanna White will host the show while he recovers.
Vanna taped her first episodes on Friday, and they’ll air starting on December 9th. There’s no official word how long Pat is expected out, but TMZ says it’ll be around two weeks.
Vanna has filled in for Pat once before, back when he had laryngitis in 1996. They’ve co-hosted the show since 1983.
By the way, they’re in the middle of taping “Disney Week,” so it sounds like they’ll have Mickey Mouse turning the letters . . . at least for those episodes. After that, it’s unclear who will do it.
