OK, so the election is finally over! Well sorta…we are still waiting for the final count and the winner to be declared. How has your stress level been throughout the process? So many folks are really feeling the anxiety and the intensity of it all. I have been pretty invested in the election, but it really hasn’t stressed me out that much. Maybe the final result will, but in the mean time I’m good! So how bout you? Are you feeling it? Is your anger level up or easily engaged? Do you wake up in the middle of the night and struggle to go back to sleep or maybe it’s falling asleep that has you going batty. I can only tell ya to really try to clear your head and think good thoughts or no thoughts as you try to drift off. It helps!
