Plainfield Police Warn of Turtles Lookin’ For Love in All the Wrong Places

If you are out and about in Plainfield, you may see turtles in yards or on streets, but don’t panic. They are just doing what comes natural!

I’d also like to thank the PPD for sharing the video above of some crazy dude who calls himself Coyote who decided it was a good idea to let a snapping turtle bite his hand…on purpose! Needless to say, and I don’t think I needed old Coyote here to show me, but the bite looks painful as hell!

So, just do what the PPD is asking: stay away from the turtles and call for help if they are in the roadways.
