Changes In the Drug Laws and The Attitudes.

“The times they are a changin” to quote Bob Dylan. I’m not just talking about election results, but also the overall outlook on things that had been so taboo and now seem to be more acceptable. Legislatures and people around the country are softening their outlooks and stances about certain drugs and drug laws. Here in Illinois the changes have been substantial with regard to marijuana laws and even the sale of such in commercial outlets. Cities and towns that originally said no have reconsidered their stances and realized that the tax base on pot is a very inviting addition to their bottom lines. The laws they are a changin’ and I guess we’ll have to see how this all shakes out!
