A physicist used Newton’s law of cooling to create this handy-dandy online calculator. All you have to do is enter in five different variables: the drink of choice, the container it’s in, where it has been sitting, what your preferred cooling method is (fridge? freezer? cellar?), and the desired temperature, and BOOM! It lets you know exactly how long it will take!
