No matter what people on social media will lead you to believe, people are good. And if you need help, they will literally come running. Check out what happened when a woman was hit by a car as she crossed the street in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
Luckily, the victim walkaway from the accident. The person who caused it was cited for failure to yield.
In fact, she was so not hurt, she was on her phone as the first responders lifted her into the ambulance!
