Anyone Else Tear Up?

Hi, Leslie Harris here, and it’s Olympic time!

I think last night is the first time I’ve ever watched it from the beginning, and I thought it was stunningly beautiful. I loved so many parts of it, from the pink yarn symbolizing our interconnectedness, to the carpentry piece, to the ‘morph men’ demonstrating the symbols for each sport, to that amazing piano player! I really did tear up a couple of times.

I know everyone is talking about the drone, and it was spectacular, but I’m more a fan of live people performing. What was your favorite part? What are you most looking forward to for this summer Olympics? Let me know in the comments
