Car Shows are Back in Downers Grove

Hi, Leslie Harris here with good news for car lovers. Moose Cruise nights will be back in Downers Grove starting May 26th, running through September 1st, and trophies will be awarded for Best in Show on select nights.

Friday night car shows were popular in Downers Grove before the pandemic, but now the spaces on the street are taken by outdoor dining.

The Moose Lodge in Downers Grove now hosts classic cruise nights, they welcome all classic cars, hot rods and muscle cars. They’re at 1030 Warren Avenue in Downers Grove.

Classic car nights run Fridays from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Last year, approximately $4,000 was raised for local non-profit groups and Mooseheart.
