COMING TO A CONCERT VENUE NEAR YOU!

Hi it’s Leslie Harris, and I love nothing more than a good concert. Unfortunately in our area, this is our dry time of the year. Because of the weather, people don’t even want to travel to indoor venues. The good part of this part of this time of the year is that a lot of the great concerts of next summer are being announced now.

For example, I already have my tickets to see Green Day, Weezer and Fallout Boy next September at Wrigley Field. A few days ago, The Black Crowes announced their 30th anniversary tour, Journey and The Pretenders are coming and earlier today, Elton John announced that he will be stopping in Chicago yet again on his farewell tour, June 19th and 20th at The United Center, and those tickets go on sale Friday, 11/22 at 10AM. Hasn’t he already been here twice on this tour? Not that I’m complaining! I might even try to see Sir Elton. He is one of the few people on my bucket list that I’ve never seen.  I REALLY would love to see 1977 Elton John, we can’t have everything.
