Good News For Leslie, Swearing is Good For Us!

Most Americans use curse words every day, and about 25% of us use them before breakfast. But here’s the good news. Studies show that using expletives helps us manage stress, which could lead to health benefits.

Some studies show that swearing can actually help us deal with physical pain, and even enhance our physical performance. Other studies show that’s wearing may actually be a sign of intelligence and honesty. Really!

So, let those curse words rip, just be careful about your surroundings and your audience.

Do you find it’s wearing helps you in certain circumstances? Let us know in the Facebook comments.
