Guy Rescues a Parakeet Egg from a Pet Store, Raises it to Adulthood, Reunites it with its Dad!

Have you seen this yet!?  It was posted last year, but it’s going viral again. Some guy found out a pet store had sold a parakeet right after it laid an egg.  So he took the egg home . . . helped it hatch . . . and raised the chick himself!

Then once it got bigger, he found out the pet store still had the dad parakeet!  So he went back to buy it so they could both be together.

With all the death and destruction in the world, this is just what we need – the story of a guy helping something so small and fragile for no other reason than to be kind (and maybe a few YouTube views, if we’re being cynical).

It hatches at 2:53, starts eating at 5:41, gets feathers at 7:20, and meets its dad at 8:42.
