It’s Not Timmothy. FBI Says Teen Found in Kentucky is Not Missing Aurora Boy
According to the Louisville FBI’s Twitter account, the missing child who identified himself as Timmothy Pitzen is, in fact, not the missing boy from Aurora.
FBILouisville, @FBICincinnati, @AuroraPoliceIL, Newport PD, @CincyPD, and HCSO have been conducting a missing person investigation. DNA results have been returned indicating the person in question is not Timmothy Pitzen.

A local investigation continues into this person’s true identity. To be clear, law enforcement has not and will not forget Timmothy, and we hope to one day reunite him with his family. Unfortunately, that day will not be today.

According to NBC News, the person who identified himself at Pitzen is, in fact, a man in his 20’s.
His real name is Brian Michael Rini and he is 23 years old, a police official in Kentucky told NBC affiliate WLWT.
I’ll wait for more details before passing any sort of judgement, but our condolences goes out to Timmothy’s family.
