Leslie Harris in for Mitch Michaels, and it’s been a rough year for all of us, but none more than Jaxon Dill of Oswego.

Jaxon was born in 2011, and was diagnosed with Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease. Doctors are recommending a life-saving liver and kidney transplant, a $60,000 procedure.

The community of Oswego is helping out. Volunteers are needed for a community campaign to help raise money for the Children’s Organ Transplant Association, a national 501(c)3 charity that helps families like the Dills.
