McDonald's Has a Secret, and it's Coming to Bolingbrook.

Hi, it’s Leslie Harris and over the summer, some conversations were leaked about McDonald’s starting a new type of restaurant called CosMc, and now it looks like the first one will be opening soon in Bolingbrook, off of Boughton and Weber.

When I first read about this, I was really hoping that this was going to be healthier options, like salads and fresh sandwiches, but alas, it doesn’t look that way. It’s being described as a cross between Starbuck’s, Sonic and McDonald’s.

A supposed online menu list items such as lemonades, iced teas, slushes, frappes and other coffee drinks, and a line of sugary drinks called Signature Galactic Boosts with names like Sour-Aid Cherry Energy Burst and Berry Hibiscus Sour-Aid.

Food items include Egg McMuffins, pretzel bites and hash browns, and ice cream and ice cream creations like shakes and McFlurries.

And, it looks like there will be no dining room.

Conspicuously missing are McDonald’s famous french fries, so why are we even bothering with this?
