I am starting National Cheese Day a few days early…So lets talk Pizza!

I was having a conversation with a co-worker the other day and the subject of pizza came up.  I said I could probably eat it 7 days a week…as long as it came from different pizza places.  Variety is the spice of life after all right?

National Cheese Day is June 4th.  And I think pizza will be consumed…A LOT!  I am a pepperoni guy.  I like veggie too.  Buffalo Chicken pizza is really underrated.  And yes…a gluten free crust still works too.  But what topping combination should I try…or avoid?

One of my new favorites is Italian Beef and Giardiniera.  The combination is delicious…with a little kick.  If you like spice…try it.  With extra cheese of course!  What are your favorite toppings…and favorite pizza places.  Any local places that I need to check out?  Let me know.  But no anchovies please.   🙂
