I always struggle with the idea of New Year’s resolutions. Sometimes, I feel like they are just an opportunity to fail, and then I feel bad, which just makes things worse! For example, if I make a resolution to lose weight, and then I don’t, I might feel bad about that and then eat more! So this year, I am going to work more on myself.
I did a Blog earlier this year on doing a brain dump. You can read it HERE. This has really helped me with stuff like eating out of boredom or disappointment, and just general happiness.
So my resolution is to do a weekly brain dump, and I’m going to schedule it! This is key for me, because if I don’t set aside a specific day and time, it’s not gonna happen. I’m also working on setting myself up to ‘win.’
