Rudolph, Beware!

Hi this is Leslie Harris, and I never thought about wild animals attacking blow up Christmas decorations, but that’s exactly what happened in Lake Tahoe, Nevada recently.

A security camera caught a bear on video mauling a Rudolph the Red-Nosed reindeer inflated Christmas decoration. Poor Rudolph!

People who live in the Lake Tahoe area have to deal with bears on a regular basis. A bear recently broke into a cookie shop in Lake Tahoe, got behind the counter and ate some cookies. I guess there wasn’t any honey readily available.

Living in the Chicagoland area, we don’t have to worry about bears, but I’m kind of surprised I haven’t heard anything about coyotes destroying Christmas decorations.
