U.S. Army Band Covers Foo Fighters’ Hits in Medley
Foo Fighters have some pretty big fans in the military!
United States Army band Pershing’s Own recently covered a medley of Foo Fighters hits in concert. The singers and orchestra covered “Times Like These,” “Walk,” “Learn to Fly,” and “My Hero.”
There’s also an awesome drum solo in there courtesy of Sgt. First Class Grace Chin!
The music is great, and it’s the Army, so you know they are going to nail it, but what really stood out to me were the facial expressions of the musicians! Look at their faces while they are playing this music. It seems to me they are really enjoying it! Seeing fully uniformed military personnel rock out on the electric guitar, bass and drum set and just let loose and enjoy themselves really just makes me smile!
