You’ve heard people say I slept like a baby, right? Yes, babies tend to sleep very well. Unfortunately, that changes as we get older. Getting a good night’s sleep isn’t always easy.
There are a number of things you can do to get a better night’s sleep, but this is something new. Researchers from the University of Illinois say that the more optimistic a person is, the more likely they are to enjoy longer, more restful sleep patterns.
