We Have a Trailer for the New Ghostbusters Movie Directed by Jason Reitman!

Do you believe in UFOs, astral projections, mental telepathy, ESP , clairvoyance, spirit photography, telekinetic movement, full trance mediums, the Loch Ness monster and the theory of Atlantis?

If so, then you are probably as geeked out as I am!

Not only are we getting a sequel to the original two Ghostbuster’s movie (it will be ignoring the events of the all-female 2016 reboot), but it’s being directed by Jason Reitman, the son of Ivan who directed the original!

Rumors about a follow-up to Ghostbusters II have been around for some time and Dan Akroyd teased fans about a sequel as early as November.

“This is the next chapter in the original franchise,” said Jason Reitman. “It is not a reboot. What happened in the ’80s happened in the ’80s, and this is in the present day.”

There are no details on whether the original cast members will return, but the movie is set to be released in the summer of 2020.

 

 

If that doesn’t get you excited, I hope the trailer did! My hands were literally sweating while watching. 2020 can’t come soon enough!
