What Do You do When You’ve Got the Blues?

Hi this is Leslie Harris, and lately I’ve been in kind of a funk. I’ve been bickering with several family members, and I don’t know if the bickering is causing the upset or the upset is causing the bickering but either way, I have been thinking about how to lift my spirits.

I have a few go to methods. Walking in nature, (especially with my dog) meditating, hanging out with my cats, putting on some music and dancing around (thank goodness for my Zumba class!) putting some music on in the car and singing at the top of my lungs, using essential oils, and just connecting with friends.
