You’re Not Alone In Missing Hugs During This Pandemic.

The pandemic has made all of us rethink so many things! Physical contact of any kind is taboo and greeting ones friends and loved ones is now become an elbow or fist pump process unless you’re one of those who doesn’t worry about catching and or spending the virus. That has proven not to be a winning strategy!  Just ask those present in the Rose Garden a week or so ago for the Amy Coney Barrett introduction by the President. No masks, no social distancing, lots of hugging and hand shakes and now at least a dozen or so confirmed positive cases of coronavirus including the President of The United States. Right within the White House grounds! Hey, I miss the hugs and the hand shakes and the high fives and all the rest of our socio-physical greetings, but I don’t miss them enough to tempt COVID. I hear people say they won’t be held prisoner or it’s their right to not wear a mask! True, but your rights and all the rest of our rights are all kinda thrown together here in the midst of this crazy time. Something to keep in mind. Actions do have consequences!
