Zeppelin’s Day In History?

Hey it Chris Miles filling in for Nick today. You’re probably looking at the title of this blog going huh? Or if you can do a Scooby voice you might be saying your huh that way. Lol.

Anyways, I think we should call today National Led Zeppelin day. Why you ask? Well on this date in 1968 the Yardbirds would disband after a performance in Luton, England. The group still had a few performances to due so Jimmy Page got a few guys together to make good on the contract. Those guys would be his old bassist friend John Paul Jones, singer Robert Plant and drummer John Bonham. Whom we know better as Led Zeppelin. Also on this date in 1980 Zeppelin would perform their last show with the four original members in West Berlin.

Now onto the poll!
